Scipio is wise and strong leader, he is unstoppable in a fight. He is feircley loyal to his gang, and would do anything to protect them. He is sly and sneeky, and is a great thief. He is idolized by many, and hated also by many. Scipio is handsome and he knows it, but he doesn't always strut it around. He is calm, cool, and collective. He has a bit of a temper, but usually keeps it within range. He is very smart and enjoys sneeking out and stealing a boat to go on the canal. He has the entire city wired, even the people. He doesn't take no for an answer, and is a bit of a flirt at times.
